Manage settings

Update your Readwise connection and fill in missing card definitions from Settings.

Before you start

  • You are signed in

Open Settings

  1. Open your account menu.
  2. Select Settings.

Readwise API key

  1. Paste your token from readwise.io/access_token into API key.
  2. Click Save API key or Update API key.

Saving the key does not import highlights. Use Import now under Import highlights, or see Import highlights.

Populate missing definitions

  1. Under Definitions, click Populate missing definitions.
  2. Wait until the run finishes.
  3. Open View cards (from Settings) or your card library to verify meanings.

What Settings does not include

Settings currently focuses on Readwise and definitions. Profile email changes, password reset, and invoice history are not managed on this page — see Billing and purchases.
